Do you test on animals?
We do not test on animals.
Can I use TruNomad skincare for sensitive skin?
Mare's milk and TruNomad natural ingredients rarely cause allergies and are therefore recommended for sensitive skin. However, as with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test first. Please read the ingredients label carefully before applying your product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
Can I cancel or change the details of my order?
Yes, however you have to notify us by sending an email on [email protected].
What if my order is damaged?
You can always return your damaged good to us and we will send you a new one. Please email us on [email protected] and we weill help you.
Can I return the merchandise?
We hope you are enjoying your new purchase. If for some reason you would like to return your merchandise, please send it back to us within 14 working days as long as the products are not damaged. In order to return your goods, please email us on [email protected] and please provide with a confirmation of your payment. Please also note that customers bear the cost of shipment when returning merchandise to us.
Where do you deliver to?
At the moment we deliver to all the cities of Kazakhstan. Delivery time frame within Almaty is 2-3 working days. Delivery time frame to other cities of Kazakhstan is  4-8 working days. We can also organize personalized deliveries to other countries of the world. Please email us [email protected] .

What are your payment methods?

We support Visa and MasterCard At the request of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all payments are converted into the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan - tenge. When using cards with different currencies, there may be a conversion commission from the issuing bank. To clarify the commission amount, please contact your bank.
